Women, Men and babies in carriers are welcome. Move your body, connect with others, soak in some Vitamin D and boost your endorphins. Where: Los Robles Trailhead -Parking lot at the end of Moorpark Rd in TO When: Saturday 1/11 at 9am. Who: Open to all residents of the Conejo Valley! Details: 3.3 miles & Moderate difficulty. Amazing views of TO. About 1 hour in duration. Wear appropriate shoes and clothing. Bring water, and snacks if you need them. Comment below to RSVP! Click the Link in Bio for trail details.

Join me and @cv_wellnesscommunity on our very firs Join me and @cv_wellnesscommunity on our very first FREE monthly hike, as we promote wellness in the community. You'll have an opportunity to meet CVWC members who are all wellness providers in the community. See if joining @cv_wellnesscommunity as a fellow wellness professional is right for you, learn about great resources in the community for yourself and your family, or simply just enjoy the company of others as you get a little exercise! Though CVWC members are all women (for now!), we invite people of all race, ethnicity, culture, sexuality and gender identity. Babies in carriers are welcome too! Wellness is for everyone ❤️ It's truly my favorite hike! Meet us at the Los Robles Trailhead parking lot at the end of Moorpark Rd, past the Los Robles Golf Course, on Sunday at 8am. Bring water, snacks & sunscreen, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The hike may take anywhere from about 60-90 minutes. Check out the link in my bio for more info on the trail!
