Donors & Donor Conceived People
As a donor myself, I understand the complex emotions and lifelong implications of donating gametes. I support current and former donors of all identity types as they navigate new connections and boundaries, changing relationships and evolving feelings throughout ones life.
My commitment to training, consultation and advovacy work in donor conception has made me an ally and friend of the Donor Conceived community.
It’s truly an honor to support all members of the Donor Conception Family Constellation.

Professional Experience:
After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at California State University East Bay, I served as a Director, and Case Manager, at an international egg donation and surrogacy agency. It propelled me into grad school, and I graduated with my Counseling Psychology degree from the University of San Francisco. I was fortunate enough to serve as an Associate in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Ventura County, where I breathed in the rich cultures and gained my therapeutic footing.
I am a member of the Society of Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS), ASRM's Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG), the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and I volunteer with the USDCC. I regularly attend and receive training at conferences put on by ASRM, SEEDS and the Jones Institute (formerly the Jefferson Infertility Counseling Conference).
Personal Experience:
I am a bio mom of approximately 6-8 children born from egg donation. My recipients include opposite-sex couples, a same-sex couple, and a SMBC. All 6 matches were Non Identified (formerly known as Anonymous), but I now have contact with 2 families, which include 4 children.
I have made myself available for recipient families to reach out to me via DNA testing sites, clinics, lawyers from my donations and through a lifetime membership of the Donor Sibling Registry.
I am also a former gestational carrier, for a same-sex couple, delivering their daughter in 2023.
I consider the families created from my donations and surrogacy, family.
My husband has been with me throughout my surrogacy journey and five egg donations. Our two children know my story, and have their own story as half siblings. We talk about eggs and sperm a LOT in my house!
My personal experience in the field offers me a unique perspective that I bring to the work that I do with my clients. I've undergone all of the testing, almost every medical procedure and have taken all of the medications that any woman undergoing IVF can expect to endure. I believe that every client, story and journey is unique and something that I honor with deep respect.
I’m proud to present myself authentically, with natural curls, without makeup, and with a more casual dress and speech. I believe that modeling authenticity can inspire others to live a more authentic life with increased self-love and acceptance. My practice is open to residents of California and New Jersey who are seeking support via psychotherapy, fertility related or not, and Intended/Recipient Psychoeducational Consultations.
I see all of my clients virtually and accept most insurance.
I now live in New Jersey with my husband and two children. Nature brings me joy, audiobooks and board games are my constants, and I feel most at home in the water. Whether you're here for a one time service or ongoing therapy, I’m grateful for being invited on this journey with you.
